1.) Complete ALL fields in ALL sections of the application form. After you have completed a section, please click on the “Save & Continue” button to continue to the next Section.
2.) Please note that all mandatory fields will be marked with a red asterix(*) and must be filled in in order to process the Section.
If you have not filled in a required field after having clicked on “Save & Continue”, you will automatically be taken to the beginning of the relevant section.
3.) Please do not use special characters such as (%, ;, ^, ~).
4.) Click on ‘PROCESS’ button at the bottom of the application once ALL sections have been completed.
5.) Please note that some Sections are only applicable to certain entity types, for example Section C will only appear for an Sole Proprietor and Section D will only appear for a Partnership.
6.) Submit additional documentation in support of your application via the document upload utility. (for example, copies of registration certificates, identity documents of principals, bank confirmation letters, VAT certificates, etc).
7.) If you do not have some of the requested information available, please ensure that the relevant manadatory data field marked with a red asterix(*) is STILL populated with any letter of the alphabet.
